Create a subcontext including any intermediate contexts.

Parameters:

ctx, - the parent JNDI Context under which value will be bound

name, - the name relative to ctx of the subcontext.

Returns:

The new or existing JNDI subcontext

Throws:

NamingException, - on any JNDI failure
